Introduction: Paw Pals is a Long Island based company. Owned and operated by Cindy McKinney, a professional dog trainer for almost 10 years, Cindy has trained all breeds, ages and temperaments from Manhattan, Westchester, Queens, Brooklyn, Nassau and Suffolk. Paw Pals offers FREE evaluations puppy programs, private lessons and board & trains. I love working with dogs and being able to help their owners. Sometimes it can be frustrating owning a dog but I’m happy to be the person to come in and fix that and repair the relationship between owner and dog. Ive also been told I saved a few marriages!!

Not only did Cindy work with my crazy Jack Russell, Havoc, need I say more, but I watched her work her magic on many other dogs and their owners. She is the best of the best. ❤️

Cindy is a dream to work with. She's a natural leader of the pack, and because of her our crazy little beagle was able to be tamed! She is kind, patient and available, which is important since Riggs wasn't the only one who needed to be trained! We look forward to working with her again for the next fur baby, and highly recommend her services!

There are no words to describe how much my family & I LOVE Cindy. She IS apart of out family. She trained Cooper when we first found him & has helped us greatly when we needed her in a pinch. To this day, as soon as Cooper sees her he beams with excitement. Along with being a fantastic trainer, like I said she is apart of our family and someone I consider a wonderful friend. We wouldnt trust anyone else. You cannot go wrong with Cindy!

Cindy is truly one in a million. If it wasn't for her we probably would have been able to keep my now 9 year old dog. The amount of work she was able to do with him surpassed my expectation and then some. Cindy is as sweet as can be, I hired her as a trainer without even really knowing her, and now we have become friends 9 years later

FREE Evaluations All other pricing is discussed during the evaluation. Multiple dog discounts, Referral discounts
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by meeting during a Free Evaluation. Go over any issues they are having with their dog. Go over all the details of my programs and pricing. Answer any and all questions the client has. They let me know if they want to sign up or not and then schedule a start day.
