- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My passion for make up has grown over the years. I have always been into make up, But not too long ago I realized this is what I want to do for the rest of my life. To me, There isn't a greater feeling then watching my clients look at themselves for the first time after I work with them. The joy it brings them makes me feel so happy. Looking at them, Loving themselves, Makes me happy.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I worked with my bestfriend, and after I was done, all she did was stare at herself, And said, "I wish I could just stand here and stare at myself all night long." This brought me so much joy. I can't even describe it. It took me about 2.5 hours to do her full face.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If they are freelance, Make sure to ask about their procedures in sanitizing. Make sure they use throw away applicators. Don't be afraid to ask if they have cleaned their brushes. If the brush looks used, DON'T USE IT. You don't want to have to deal with any bacteria contaminating your skin causing you horrible irritation and pink eye. YOUR HEALTH MATTERS! Be safe!
