- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we work with any customer we give them 100% of our attention and take every job seriously. We are a growing company, and we will only get that way with everyone's support. We get as much information as we can about you are asking for. Which helps us assess the job, then we quote you what we think is necessary (nothing more, and nothing less). We inform our clients on what we are doing and what each chemical does. If the customer wants to know the chemistry of the products, we are fully educated in that also. If hired, we do the job with as much precision to getting the carpets looking brand new as possible. We don't lie, we don't cut corners, and we don't run from any task. We stand by our work, and we give our customers the opportunity to as well. Most cleanings go as follows: This service includes: -Initial assessment -Walk through to check for damage, unfixable areas, and to check overall condition of the carpet. Answer any questions that customer may have at that time. -Pretreatment -Eco-friendly products -Citrus Solvent -Citrus based solvent that helps to break down grease and oils that attach to you carpet fibers/upholstery fibers. -Bio-break booster -Bio-break is a booster and acts as a catalyst for Citrus Solvent. It has enzymes that eat away at grease and dirt. -Sanitation -Our sanitation helps with odors, pet stains, and many, but not all bacteria. It has an enzyme that attacks and eats away at odor causing bacteria. -Rinse -We use a pH balancing rinse that helps to neutralize the carpet fiber. Bringing the pH balance down to its neutral state is extremely important. Helps to hold the integrity of the clean, and allows for the proper scotch guard to adhere to the fibers. -Scotch Guard -Scotch Guard is a protector that is used to keep the integrity of the carpet after its been cleaned. -Attaches to the carpet fiber but only works when the pH balance is correct. Meaning to much chemical could make the guard not attach. -Proper Drying Time -A good rule of thumb to follow would be to stay off the carpet until it dries completely. -Most jobs take at least 16 hours to dry at the max. At the least of the weather permits it should take a less than 8 hours of the extraction was done properly. -If you need access on the carpet and it's still wet, use booties or bags for your feet. No bare feet or shoes on wet carpets. -Scrubbing -Roto-machine -We use a Roto machine that has a brush that massages the cleaners into the carpets and help to break up the grease/dirt/oil. -Hand-brush -Some cases we will use a hand brush as a last result for heavy heavy stains. -Extraction -Truck mount -We use 23-30 horse powered machines -We apply hot water combined with steam to help massage the solution into the fibers, and help extract the solution. -We use the suction on the machine to extract the water and solution. This also speeds up the drying time.
