While They did a good job at the party I'm BEYOND disappointed and in utter disbelief with this company. I was told and everyone else at my wedding was told I would receive the digital files for all the pictures taken that night... 1 week after my wedding after not hearing from them or anything I decided to ask what the hold up was with these pictures. They said the files were corrupted and went as far as to blame my guests for unplugging their computer!!!!I'm livid, especially because would I even have been told about this issue if I had not emailed to ask them myself?? Their response surely pissed me off, nothing but a big "Ya sorry, but not our fault, maybe someone at you wedding did it.." Not even a partial refund, ANYTHING.... way to do business....

Top Hat Photo Booth was one of the MOST FUN parts of our wedding!! Rich provided a first class experience for us - and our guests!Like so many, we too found ourselves reading reviews like these on Yelp and other sites when looking for a photo booth company in Las Vegas. It's hard to "weed through" the reviews, not knowing who's being honest and sincere, who's being too easy or overly critical, or who's just being an unreasonable "bridezilla"!?! Ultimately, it was a combination of Rich's reviews AND WEBSITE that led us to approach Rich and Top Hat Photo Booth - so be sure to check out his website. We are so glad we did - he was PERFECT for our wedding!In short - Rich kept every promise, stayed in constant contact, met or exceeded every expectation, showed up early, was a total professional, and was a complete JOY to work with from our first meeting, all the way to packing up after our event. I even worried that his positive attitude might "fade" as the night went on since our wedding had more than 300 guests and his booth was basically PACKED all night long!?! The opposite was true. The more our guests had FUN, the more Rich seemed to HAVE FUN WITH THEM! I heard from guest after guest that they had a BLAST with all the props the hats, and in general with "the photo booth guy!?!"The props and hats were all CLEAN (unlike some other photo booths I've experienced - and something to think about when you are about to put on a hat used by literally THOUSANDS of other people??), the custom designed photo strip was PERFECT for our decor, and we so appreciated that he was organized, self-sufficient, and "one less thing that we had to worry about" on our big day!If you aren't sure about a photo booth - DO THIS!! Horrible service. The owner was very rude, sarcastic, confrontational, and a diva to say the least. He had this Ill do what I want attitude. Do not book this company unless your looking to be dissatisfied.FOLLOW-UP TO BUSINESS RESPONSE: Please note that this is no malicious review. I am sharing my experience after hiring your company (you and your wife) to provide photo booth service for my party. The review platform is meant for a customer, which I was, to share our experience and give feedback regarding the service provided, which I did. Please don't be petty and attack my review. In addition, why are you investigating the other reviews I've wrote, which doesn't concern you or your business? Be concerned with your business, your customers, and the service you provide. This goes to show folks the type of person you'll be dealing with!

You are maliciously attacking 3 different businesses with bad reviews and everyone somehow has a "Chris Hayes" working for all 3 of them. Byrd Insurance, Inferno Hot Pilates & Cyclone Las Vegas. Do not value this review as it is fake.

Canceled on our wedding via email without explanation. When I was able to reach someone they said the person assigned to our wedding was calling out. This is about 28 days from our wedding. even given almost a month they could not find someone to cover. I'm guessing this is because we had the Groupon and whoever else had booked that day paid full price. I would say avoid this company they will probably cancel on you and there are many other companies that seem more reliable. I guess this is what we get for trying to get a Groupon discount.
