- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing system. It depends on what the customer needs and how many prints are needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key. We talk over what the client needs. Length of time needed for the shoot, discuss location and time. Expectations are discussed. The number of shoots needed are discuss and delivery methods are talked about. Then price is discussed.
