- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prefer to meet in home and get full scope of work that would need to be done. There are so many moving parts with plumbing and heating its impossible to give an accurate quote over the phone for repairs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We carry a TN Commercial Mechanical Contractors license. We are licensed to do jobs up to 80,000 USD. This license covers Pluming, Heating, Ac, Boilers, Chillers, Cooling Tower, Refrigeration, Fire Sprinkler systems. We continuously attend training specific to the products we sell and service offered by the manufactures.
