- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My typical discounts I offer are 10% off to the military, congenital heart defect families, teachers, and a few more. I have also dedicated my business to giving back 15% of my revenue back into the community.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get the names of those involved in the event. Depending on the event go over the details either in person or by phone. I like to discuss what is needed by the client as well.
