Introduction: I've helped hundreds of professional women and men transform pain and challenge into allies for living lives of great impact, fulfillment and joy. My clients are usually surprised how much progress they make with my gentle, intuitive guidance in a short amount of time. I hold two coaching/counseling certifications and am also a Kundalini Yoga Instructor certified by KRI.org. My primary focus is on supporting visionary women to befriend their bodies and prioritize self care to enjoy body confidence for deeper intimacy.

I went in to the session with Karyn with an open mind and curiosity. I didn’t know what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. I can’t say I have body issues necessarily but I hold lots of emotions and old stories in sneaky places. Karyn intuitively knew what I needed. She held me with my hurt and discomfort and helped me release some of the tension that pops up when I dont listen to my body. Her listening gave me space to just be raw and real. A really beautiful experience from start to finish. Karyn is a gentle guide with a mothering love that I so needed. I can highly recommend!!

Karen really helped me to get to the bottom of long-standing body pain. I have felt big shifts since our session.
