- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our customers will feel 100% comfortable paying their bill knowing they just received the best work for the best price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There are usually 4-5 iterations with customers throughout a job. Typically it will start with a phone conversation or communication via email regarding job details. There will be a follow up response with a work estimate. If necessary, we will adjust price to make sure the customer is happy. We notify the customer before the job starts. Then we send a follow up response to ensure we exceeded expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 10 years of experience in the carpet cleaning and restoration business. Our staff holds the below certification that are recoganized by the IICRC: Applied Microbial Remediation Technician Carpet Cleaning Technician Carpet Repair and Reinstallation Technician Trauma and Crime Scene Technician Water Damage Repair Technician
