- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can't give you an exact number for a project without seeing it unless we price for the worst case scenario. We usually give an hourly price so you have that option as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will come go over the work that needs to be done and make sure you understand all that is involved. If you don't know the colors or paints you want then we can schedule a color consultation for you. then once those decisions are made we schedule a time to start the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
