FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We pride ourselves on being able to offer great quality food at prices which are both reasonable and affordable for individuals planning their special moments. Our goal is never to undercut another company, however, we have learned how to maximize our goods to add value to your event through our ability to offer competitive pricing. We offer a couple of different discounts as well for those who consistently utilize our service on a weekly or monthly basis; for those individuals who refer individuals who utilize our services; and we have a monthly drawing for wedding parties to have their event catered by our company for "free" (wedding party supplies the food; we provide the delivery and set up buffet-style).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Our first contact is all about getting to know the customer and what they are seeking. Once this is established and we feel we are good fit for the event, we move to the next phase. 2) This is where we discuss food options; any dietary restrictions; food allergies; etc... 3) We then discuss the budget for the event. 4) We come up with 3 - 5 different menus to present to the customer along with a price quote fitting within their budget. 5) We make decisions on the final menu selection, we sign our contract for service, and we accept the down payment to reserve the date for the catering event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our main Chef was trained at Le Cordon Bleu and holds ServSafe certification. Our biggest goal is to ensure that we do not cause any harm and uphold the standards and integrity of our food through ensuring the proper temperatures are maintained and that all food is safe for consumption upon delivery and set up.
