- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have some basic pricing, but mostly I build custom menus for each event, so it can change up or down rather quickly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to either meet in person for the 1st meeting or over the phone. After that there are lots of emails and text messages before our next meeting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Culinary degree. I have almost 15 yrs real world restaurant experience in every position imaginable. And about 6 years experience in event planning and catering.
