The work done by the construction company was very good! However, the communication was extremely poor. Workers showed up without any appointments or communication that they were coming. The last repair that we had done, I asked about the invoice and was told it would be sent. No original invoice was received, just a 30 day past due was received. I asked about the original invoice and when it was sent and just received a copy of the invoice...no other explanation or any other words for that matter. I apologize for our communication issues; I know we started very quickly after contracting, even without collecting a deposit as is our standard policy. I know we were trying to make you a priority which may have led to a small miscommunication with our start date. Additionally, I apologize you were inconvenienced by us not invoicing you for the work we did for over a month; it appears we had a slight billing problem with your job because we didn't collect a deposit our system was missing your amount due. We feel this review is not justified. Mrs. Torres’ quote was emailed out to her in less than 48 hours of time of meeting. Her response stated she provided a phone number in her profile. It was not and phone is listed as unavailable. We can only hope that she can see that Prime was timely and professional and will consider changing this review.

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?STAGE 1 1- Our Project Consultant meet with our customer to discuss the proposed project and get all the details. Listening and clarifying our customer problems, needs, and expectations. 2- Provide all the best information, advice, and solutions necessary to support the best customer decision, protect their investment, and prevent future surprises. 3- Resolve possible questions, doing our best to educate the customer and explain pricing. 4- Once customer feels ready and comfortable that we are the contractor for them, we sign a contract and schedule the project's production. STAGE 2 1- We start on the agreed date, maintaining an organized process, and work to project completion. 2- Following completion of project, Customer and Project Consultant check the project, ensuring full satisfaction. 3- We collect the final payment and provide warranty documentation.
