Introduction: Welcome to Willow Health and Performance! We have a passion for helping people reach their health and fitness goals.
Based in Dublin, (with a second office in Grandview for nutrition clients) I provide personal training, nutrition coaching, sports conditioning and rehab and corrective exercise assistance for those in central Ohio. I have extensive experience working with many different types of people, from athletes to weekend warriors, and everything we do is designed specifically for each client.

My career in the health and fitness industry began when I attended the National Personal Training Institute and worked as a personal trainer for 5+ years. Because of my mixed passion for fitness and nutrition, I attended the Ohio State University to earn a Bachelor's degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics graduating magna cum laude. After graduating from Ohio State I went on to complete my dietetic internship through Iowa State University and earn the credential of Registered Dietitian. I then became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a Certified LEAP Therapist for food sensitivities.
I have had the opportunity to work with clients of all different types, including collegiate athletes, high school and middle school athletes, weekend warriors, those trying to lose or gain weight, those trying to enhance performance, and those working through injury. I have had the pleasure to present my knowledge and experience to groups including college students, adult sports clubs, and the recreationally active. I am passionate about helping people reach their athletic, fitness, and health goals in order to gain confidence in themselves to be able to pursue their dreams and the things they want to achieve in life. I enjoy working with anyone interested in bettering their health and willing to put in hard work to reach their goals. I strive to continually learn and better my practice in order to bring the best advice possible to my clients so I have recently started a Master's Degree in Dietetics.
I have a passion for fitness and staying active. I compete in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting and take every advantage I can to get outside. I enjoy kayaking, hiking, traveling, and gardening in my free time.
