- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some items can be bid sight unseen, but most would need further info. I vow to give you the best price possible and to do that I need all the info I can have.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer a sit down with the customer to get a better idea of what they are looking for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
