Introduction: We conduct fitness, dance, music, art, wellness and inspirational classes, workshops and events for adults, kids, mom & me, etc. As well as private events such as birthday parties, bridal parties, corporate team building events and more. It's a place of inspiration, of health, of celebration.
I wanted to share my mantra of “it’s time to celebrate life” and inspire others that it is all possible, and life’s too short to not celebrate all the small, everyday, ordinary moments.
With over 15 years of dance experience, I am also an AFAA certified group fitness instructor/personal trainer & licensed Zumba® instructor with licenses in all of the Zumba® specialty trainings. My focus is now on helping children develop a healthy lifestyle through FUN fitness involving dance & movement activities.
I am also the co-founder of the Shake and Bake Sisters, a unique collaboration with my baker sister offering a customized dance party paired with a decadent but healthy vegan-gluten free dessert for kids through adults.
Bringing community together, creating friendships, making children and adults happy and confident while leading a healthy life. Yes, I love to dance and I want to share this happy song in my heart with everyone who takes my class!
