- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have worked with dozens of men and women to improve various areas of their life, and see real results. My regular pricing and packages are upwards of $1000/month, and my pricing on Thumbtack is significantly discounted (as I'm new to this platform).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Your ability to thrive and gain support, clarity, and the help you want from my services is of the utmost importance to me. In order to determine if we are a great match (and my services meet your needs), we will first hop on a 20 minute call so I can get a sense of who you are, what you're looking for, where you need support, and vice-versa. Once we determine whether or not we're a good fit, we'll move forward, or I'll give you my recommendations of who/what resources etc. might be most helpful to you. (I don't want to leave you empty-handed, so the call will be beneficial no matter what) =). If we are a GO, we'll go ahead and schedule your call(s), determine what coaching session or package is best for your needs, and you'll receive access to a Welcome Email with all coaching details from me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated with my Masters Degree in Social Work from NYU, have my Certified Professional Coaching Certification and Energy Leadership Index (ELI-MP) from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching. I am ICF certified. I was a coach and facilitator at the past two World Happiness Summits in Florida and am currently becoming certified in Core Dynamics (iPEC's graduate program). I was also trained to mentor college-aged kids through a program called America Needs You and have also taken multiple courses in personal development through various social work continuing ed programs.
