- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As an experienced realtor I know what makes a house sell faster than others, I use an extensive range of marketing tools to get my client the best and highest offer possible for their home. From professional pictures, 3D tour, flyers and even home staging, all paid by me to market your home, that is a whopping $5,000 in complementary (free) services provided.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will meet with the prospective client at their location. We will talk about the expected results, and work on a game plan. Sellers will benefit from complimentary home staging and action plans, such as professional photos, virtual tour and more. Buyers will get help with a new home design, using new or existing furniture, home insurance for 1 year and $1,000 gift card ( minimum purchase price applies)
