- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on size and condition, along with the services requested. Prices can also increase with product choice. We offer free estimate for fair pricing. Discounts are always available. We do not have a standard pricing system.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, communication is usually done via text, telephone or email for all potential clients. When clients express the need for services, communication can be extended to a meeting to further elaborate on the task, depending on the extent of the job. After learning what customers are trying to accomplish, a date and time is confirmed for services to be rendered. My overall goal is to accommodate all customers at their desired appointment, assuring guaranteed satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have successfully completed certification in hospitality housekeeping, with years of experience instructing house-cleaning. To add, my crews have many years of experience servicing 5-Star hotels where there was constant recertification classes on new cleaning techniques.
