- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Contingency fee basis where client's do not pay anything if I don't recover anything. We get paid a percentage of what the case ultimately resolves for. The percentage is based on the type of accident case and what is involved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Sit down and complete a client interview to understand the issues and the facts of his/her case. Then explain the legal process; so the client gets a full understanding of what this entails. Answer any and all questions they have concerning their concerns.
