- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is flat-rate, and is determined by the number of bedrooms and bathrooms your home has. Not including discounts: (we automatically apply discounts on our booking page) examples: 1 bed, 1 bath - $119 2 bed, 1 bath - $139 2 bed, 2 bath - $159 3 bed, 2 bath - $179 We also have a quick pricing tool on our website if your home differs from our examples listed above. It's simple and takes 10 seconds to find out the price. We also offer some extras such as inside the oven and window cleaning. We go all the way up to 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. We can clean bigger houses, just please call us to discuss it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Very simple. We confirm your booking and send a reminder. Then when we arrive at your home we'll follow a detailed checklist and pay attention to any extras you requested. After we're done we'll call and ask how we can do a better job next time, take notes and then follow them at your next cleaning! That way we're always doing a better job for you each time :) You can visit our website at beachfrontmaids.com, find a time that works for you and book your appointment. You also have the ability to cancel or change appointments at any time via the website. After a cleaning, we send a review email to rank our performance. This gives us the chance to make sure we're always on top of our game and only sending the best cleaners.
