Introduction: Alive Athletics (Aquatics) provides a one on one relationship with customer and trainer. Allowing for immediate feedback and personalized training for all levels of swimming on a day to day basis. We will ensure swimming basics are covered as well as advanced stroke skills to athletes in a fun learning environment. We will provide weekly organized lesson plans and conduct safe and effective classes. From mommy and me classes to competitive training all your swim needs will be met with Alive Athletics (Aquatics). Coaches have 8 years of experience and can't wait to help you reach your goals.
