- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our chef has over 15 years in the culinary industry. He has a culinary degree, has worked for master sushi chefs including Masaharu Morimoto from Food networks Iron Chef, studied food worldwide & works on a mega yacht when he is not working for Starfish Food Truck & Catering Co.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My husband and I have a long history with hospitality and wanted to open a food truck.
