- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For cleaning or color sealing grout, I generally charge by the square foot. Other jobs like re-grouting or re-caulking are generally by the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally go out to the prospect's house or business to measure and look at what needs to be done. Then I will follow up with a quote or proposal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken classes at supplier locations on working with the products I generally use and on such topics as natural stone restoration.
