I have used Brassil Construction for 3 projects over the last 16 years.
the 1st was a total renovation of a historic limestone building built in 1870 for use as a restaurant, next was an addition(3 season room below-deck above) along with a built-in pool and total buildout of an unfinished basement. Lastly after a laundry room flood at my home a renovation of the laundry room and kitchen. Mike's experience, expertise and craftsmenship guided us through each of these projects whether it was in the planning and design stage or dealing with inspectors or insurance adjusters to deliver them on time and on budget. I would highly recommend him.
