They gave me a great quote, and had exceptional communication skills. They picked up my chairs that were getting reupholstered and delivered them when finished. I will use them again.

Thanks for the review Jonathan. The reason why I stopped responding to you was because this is clearly a fake account you set up to try and scam people out of money. You were utilizing a very obvious "Craigslist Scam Tactic." It's too bad that Thumbtack actually allows fake accounts to leave reviews...o well. -Tanner

Tanner Botts with Window World Inc responded to my need for a furniture upholster within minutes of my request on Thumbtack. I had two chairs from my grandmother in need of refinishing and reupholstering. Window World offered a very competitive price and was able to deliver a quality job in less than three weeks. Window World was also able to recover cushions for our rattan sofa during the same time frame. We are very pleased with the excellent work; and, the customer service from Tanner Botts. Tanner provided quick responses to my questions and kept me appraised of the timelines of the work. He is very pleasant to work with. I have attached some before and after pictures. We will look to Window World for future upholstery projects and window treatments!
