My computer was so slow, even though it was only a year old. Justin was polite, on-time and had it working like new after removing viruses. It only took him 40 minutes, and he solved several other small issues, like installing my printer, while the virus scan was running. I couldn't have been more pleased, and now everyone in my family uses him too.
