FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you have a related need, we will provide you with that service. If for any reason we can not meet your request, we will be more properly prepared the next time you contact us and exceed your expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The only training and education I have for this type of work is getting my hands dirty. The best way to learn is to get in there and do it. When I make a mistake I see it for what it was: an accident. Unavoidable but important. If I can not learn from my mistakes, that is when my mistakes become problems. When those problems steal my sanity is when I seriously need to rethink my priorities and refocus on new goals. Life training. That is the most important training. How I can best succeed in life but still learn from my mistakes.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started out as a restaurant cleaner. Working graveyard shift gave me time during the day to become lazy. I excelled at it quickly and easily. Now that I have chosen to start working day - time hours, I find that it's harder to work when others do. But it's the challenge that I need. Breaking out of my shell and building the motivation to move forward instead of sitting stagnant is what will help keep my serenity as well as my sanity. This is my first day of work.
