- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do, and I sometimes make exceptions. I have some customers who have used my services repeatedly over the years, so they do get special pricing and extended time without additional charge. I also do work with HPD for their Christmas event with a school in their district and this is an ongoing event for which I volunteer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I look to see if what they are looking for is a match to what i can provide. If so, we can proceed. I am flexible and know what a big occasion it is that they are planning for, and their need is for everything to go right. If they are wanting more, and communicate anything i might have missed, we can discuss further.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for the Museum of Art/Honolulu Academy of Arts for 8 years as an art instructor at several local elementary schools. I also tutored art for private clients. I have always had an interest in art, currently working on sculpting ceramics of which I have been successful at selling, at shows and events. I constantly research the new characters and interests of my customers and their guests. My background is also in corporate and small business management, so I can provide logic as well as art and customer relations for a good outcome.
