- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When quoting a fee I always let the customer know it’s about truth. If you can afford my fee, please pay me. If you cannot afford to pay me let me know what works for you and I will do my best to make it happen. I don’t want money to be the reason why you wanted my services and could not have it 🤙
