- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We only need to see clients for 3 or 4 sessions which are usually scheduled once a week. The charge is $100 per person per session. The price includes email and support throughout the process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work with clients one-on-one because the problems in relationships start individually. We become defensive due to our relationship baggage we bring into the relationship. Once we resolve that with each person, we provide exercises/homework for the couple to work on in-between the sessions. Each week the couple grows and becomes more whole. By the end of the third or fourth session, we find that couples are understanding their own relationship style as well as their partner's. This leads to improved communication and understanding for a healthy relationship.
