- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For Bathrooms: We schedule an appointment to come out, take measurements, do a design and give a price. Once we reach an agreement, we take a deposit and get you put on a schedule for installation. We only start installation once all of the materials are in stock. Some materials can take up to 6 weeks to get in. For Kitchens: We will collect all of our measurements on the first appointment and go over how you would like the design. From there, if you want to move forward, we will work up a design. The design fee starts at $750 and can go up depending on how intensive of a job it is. The design fee is non refundable and does not go towards the cost of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 30 years of combined experience. All of our installers are employees and are not sub contracted out.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be sure that you go with a reliable company. Only hire people that are grounded and have invested in their name. Look for advertisements, accreditations, partnerships, etc.
