I normally don't do any feedback for contractor, but I think in this case it merit a feedback.
When Mandy Hood first called me back I thought she was the receptionist, and what is more surprising was that she showed up at my business and talking to me about the roof problem that I have. She has a wonderful personality and easy to deal with unlike other roofers.
I wasn't think very much about it, I thought that they were not serious business to send a girl out doing the roof estimate, maybe even the job.
Little do I know she is my roofer and let me tell you, this young lady knows her business. She got me a quote and got me fixed up faster than I can get a return call from some other so called roofer. The price she quoted was very reasonable ass well.
While she was here doing the repair she has found other issue, but she told me not to worry about it, she will take care of that and there won't be any extra charge. I was kind of surprise to hear that, because the other roofer that we had experience before would have said that this is extra things they find and it will extra charges. But not with this Young Lady roofer.
Needless to say I will use her service again for my future issue, and I will also recommended her for my personal need as well.
