- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a standard pricing tier however we often run specials and if already booked we apply those to specials to our booked customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After establishing availability and price agreement with the client, we then begin to work on a layout and design specific to the event. We create numerous samples and send for approval. We often visit the venue beforehand to see the venue and accessibility for our equipment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We did a lot of on line research and attend ongoing seminars as well as one on one discussion with software and hardware developers.
