- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In a meet and greet I like to listen to what the customer has to say. I like to hear about their family and friends. This gives me an insight to the costumers personality I look to see what types of influences they have in the food they enjoy eating
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied culinary arts at an early age. My mother and grandmother would often have me participate in all things cooking. In my late teenage years I received a grant through the department of labor and studied in San Francisco for a number of years. Re cieved a second degree through the Art Institute .
