- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we get to know each other. We asked each other questions about day to day life both home and work. Then, in order to help the client figure out what form of rate is best for their needs a short questionnaire is sent out. Once it is returned a meeting is set and we get together In Person or via Google Hangout to work out what works best for them and their budget. When everything is decided a Welcome Packet (this includes contracts, How RoL works, and a Client Profile.) is sent and accounts are set up.
