My wife and I live in a house built in 1963 and although it has great bones, it hasn't been maintained as well over the years. With all the flooding problems Houston has experienced, I'm surprised this problem never arose before... My wife and I awoke Monday morning at 1:15AM to the sound of bubbling toilets and bathtubs/showers filling up with sewage, it was absolutely disgusting to say the least. Our house smelled like a sewer and we were certain things were only going to get worse. Thankfully, we were wrong. Chasity and David with Just Jet immediately responded to my Thumbtack request and were at our house by 10:30 Monday morning. By 11:15, they were done and our drainage system is working better than it ever has been. You'd be surprised at how much I was ready to pay for the sewage removal and the actual cost I ended up paying. Their prices are extremely reasonable considering the work they are doing and they do it efficiently and correctly! David is a Master Plumber and, as a small business owner, I understand that customer satisfaction and retention is a huge part of the business. Just Jet team, please keep up the amazing work. You are on my speed dial if I ever have any plumbing problems again... definitely my go-to plumbing experts! Your professionalism and ability to get the job done truly speaks for itself and I cannot thank you enough for fixing what was a 9 hour long nightmare!

We had blockage in our toilets that was causing the toilets to not flush properly, backing up in the bathtub and it got to the point where the bathtub would drain slowly. I loved the fact that this was a fixed rate and that the problem got resolved quickly and professionally. Very courteous, professional, on-time, taking ownership of the problem at hand and being relaxed and able to educate us regarding the plumbing and sharing with us what our options are for future plumbing crisis.
