- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?1) Starting the communication by sending the general or concise quote based on the information that we have 2) A follow up call or message for in case the customer have a question or if they would simply like to go over details about the type of services fit their need and what we have available. 3) Discuss quote and price, what is included, explain term and condition of our services, customer lay up expectations. 4) signs agreement/ contract to confirm reservation. 5) Get the job done
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?1)I spent a lot of time doing valet parking because I am kind of obsessed with nice car but at the same time I like to interact with other and meet new people. Doing valet allowed me to live that experience. 2) I also have years of experience driving rental cars, and shuttle buses back and forth to and from the airport. Although I did have fun driving, chasing my dreams required me move in a different driving career. 3) I then went to drive 2 limousine companies for couple of years to polish my driving skills before starting on my own!!
