- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer is to first see what the customer needs, and if we will be able to meet their request. We want the customer to be satisfied so if what they request could be met from us we will quote a estimate price, come out to their house and actually look at what needs to be done and give them a more accurate price in person. After we finalize and we all agree to the expectations and terms we will get the job done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in this business for about 6 months now. We are fairly new but we have done plenty of jobs leaving customers fully satisfied with our work we provide.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We got started doing this type a work just from different ideas to help people out and we started out and still do window cleaning, as well as adding more services for our customers.
