- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we do. We are an hourly based company.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First there is a phone interview to understand the customer's needs. Then we will set an appointment to come out to the job site. We take an evaluation of the site. We will discuss what your budge is. Then we design a custom solution to fit your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are up to date on all the latest equipment and we are trained from the factories on all of our products. We are CEDA members and attend continuing education classes every year.
