I have a 8-5 job, and run rentals on side. My time for the houses is very limited. So prepping the houses for the next tenant are always headache because finding contactors you can trust and count on are always challenging. In the past I went through so many them. Have you heard of horror stories of contractors? I have lots of them. Many of them shows up VERY late or don’t even show up at all without calling you, don’t answer your call, and disappear after they get paid without finishing the projects etc. But those days are over because I met Carlos. Carlos worked on one of rentals. The experience was the superb. Great things about Carlos Communication: He is fluent in both English and Spanish. It is a big help for me cuz I don’t speak Spanish He answer my calls He takes pictures of progress and text to me Time Management: He does all. Painting, carpentry, installing countertops, laying tile, electric, plumbing and yard work. So I didn’t have to manage all different contractors. All I needed was Carlos. He also went to Home Depot to picked up materials for my project. He again took picture what he was going to buy, and text me the pictures. Then the cashier called me and I paid by credit card so there were no mark ups of the material. He made is so easy for me. Turn key contractor: There are many turn key contractors, but most of them are very expensive. Carlos is a basically turn key one stop contractor with very reasonable price. He made sure everything in the house worked, and cleaned up (Cleaned cabinet, windows, bathtubs, sinks and floor I mean everything.) before he left the house. Personality: He is a very professional, honest, pleasant and likable guy. We got along. He treats you very fair with respect as long as you treat him in the same manner. I will call him for all of my future projects. I am so glad I met him. He made it so easy for me.

Carlos was easy to work with. He's knowledgeable and trustworthy. He was willing to answer my questions about what the job would consist of. I needed an external back door to the garage installed. He came out to the property to give me a free estimate. I was trying to watch my budget as well. He gave me options and fair prices. After the install, we found out the lock on the handle to the door had broken, most likely from the original door falling off. He was good about going to get a replacement part and fixing it right away instead of coming back another day. In the end, I was happy with the service and price. I would hire him again for future projects.
