    The waitstaff provided to me for my event showed up wrinkled and sweating. Apparently, she stated she ran a mile from the parking entrance to the property down to the venue. She was provided a brief welcome statement to provide my guests and she failed to deliver the statement during the hour she greeted my guests. She had to consistently be prompted throughout the event to follow up with guests. She was not proactive in attending to any of our needs. She spent a lot of time just standing around.

    • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
      We do have a standard rate of $25/Hr for all of our staff and we charge a rate of $35/Hr for our holiday pricing. All of our staff insured and TABC certified.
    • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
      We speak with the customer get a idea of what type of event they are hosting and any special requests that we can accommodate and we go over everything from type of service to the staff attire. We are very detailed as this is crucial to a events success.
    • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
      We bring in and train and analyze all of our new staffs skill sets as we hire staff from all walks of life in the service industry. I started over 10 years ago working as a server for a staffing company and have been a part of well over a thousand events but always willing to learn more.
