- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project is different. We consult with you and help you see what you need and then provide you a price to deliver the best solution within your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will set up an appointment when customer is available, a tech will meet up with customer and do a walk through of the area of interest and discuss the details of the project. He will submit a proposal, and then schedule a convenient date to begin the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
YEARS of EXPERIENCE.... I have worked on Foundation Repair since 2000.
