Kendra was my trainer. She is an outstanding committed,dedicated, & knowledgeable trainer. She taught me numerous techniques that helped me. She lives what she teaches & she goes above & beyond to ensure that you as her client receive all possible assistance to reach your goals. Another thing I liked about Kendra, she is an inspiration. Training with her always left me motivated, inspired, & encouraged as I observed her energy, enthusiasm, & love of weight training. I highly recommend her!

Kendra is an excellent trainer. So very knowledgeable. She helped me perfect my form while lifting and develop great muscle cut and tone. Her advice and clean eating tips propelled my overall health and body composition. Looking for a trainer, workout partner or a simple consultation, Kendra definately has what you are looking for.
