- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can price by the hour or by the job. I offer both.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by meeting with a new client for a vision meeting. Here is where we discuss the scope of work, budget, timeframe for completion, and style preferences. I bring images to look at of different design styles so we can begin a dialogue on industry terms. It's very important from the first meeting to be clear on our goals and direction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BFA in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Houston. I am licensed by the state of Texas as an Interior Design. I maintain my license every year by taking Continuing Education Hours. I also have a BA in Art History from Boston University. I have worked in the design industry for 15 years.
