- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We practice average billing, after a brief discussion to determine what services you're interested in we put together a schedule and calculate a single monthly price based on only the services you want. The monthly price remains constant regardless of the number/type of visits per month, additional service requests are typically invoiced separately. We also the convenience of automatic payments plan so that everything is user friendly and low maintenance. There is nothing for you to worry about keeping track of!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically try to get as much detail about what services our customers want before walking the property. We'll typically then provide an on site service consultation and estimate to figure out precisely what will work best for each person's needs. We'll then figure out how many visits of which service each customer would want and calculate an average bill so that everyone sees one invoice and one price each and every month.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Seminars/lectures, industry periodicals, and conferences are all part of our continuing education. We do our best to expand our knowledge each and every day so that you can rest assured that your lawn is under the best possible care!
