Introduction: Our success is driven by our desire to put your event over the top with an excellent culinary experience. I go though the roof when a customers guest tells me how much they enjoyed their meal or when a guest tells me how they usually don't eat a certain item but they truly enjoyed their dish. My range is from great Texas style BBQ, awesome juicy ribs, perfectly seasoned chicken, sausage, boudin, potato salad, beans and other Texas fares. I also love doing elegant affairs with smoked chicken breast with a balsamic vinaigrette reduction, saffron rice, green beans, and a beautiful salad.
