I was referred to Bryan after in 2015, after I tore a pec muscle. Initially my goal was to get some of my mobility and strength back. His knowledge of the body is endless. Every workout is different and creative. Without Bryan guiding and pushing me I don't believe I would have achieved these goals. I can say he has taken my health and fitness to an entirely new level.

I have been so pleased with my nutrition information and menu plans. I was able to see changes within the first two weeks, and the food choices are easy and delicious. I ask a ton of questions, and Bryan answers almost immediately. The service is amazing and I look forward to seeing more changes!!! Thanks Bryan!!!

Bryan, is an amazing nutritionist. I have known him for 10 years. I have had other nutrionist in the past. But, nobody has given me the guidance as him. He pays attention to the details. I always knew about how to train, but never knew what to eat. I was afraid of eating, because I thought I would get "fat". I over trained, and over did cardio everyday. I didn't realize I was burning away muscle. I couldn't understand why I had so much fat, even though, I wasn't eating as much. Brian reminded me that I was lacking nutrition. He said " You are driving from Houston to Dallas and back on a half of tank of gas". Now, I know exactly what he meant by that. In order for your body to burn fat and gain muscle, its all about the correct macros. The meals plans are simple and easy to cook. Not only are you dieting on body, but you are also accomplishing a "mental diet". What I mean is, all negativity and stress, bad thoughts go away as well. Reach out to him
