(8am-8pm) $40 Trial session $50 per session (single session after trial) (any sessions before 8am and after 8pm latest start time 10pm) *All private sessions come with: Body Analysis Scan, before pics, meal tips/planning, measurements and fitness test!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always schedule an initial consultation to gather the necessary info. regarding my new clients health, past workout experiences(if any), goals, etc. I use our consultation to really get to know the person, and allow the person to get to know me. I'm open to any questions regarding my fitness journey and because of where I've come from there are always lots of them and I absolutely love it! My initial consults usually last about 1.5 - 2 hours. After we sit and talk, we'll be ready to complete a very brief fitness test. Ill take you through about a 25 min. session that will test your endurance, strength, core(Nothing to be ashamed about, this fit test helps me know where to start with you). We'll also complete your Body Analysis Scan: This will give me very detailed information regarding your Muscle Quality and check the fat held in SPECIFIC muscle groups as well as an overall number. I don't train anyone based on the regular weight scale. (Our analysis scan is 1-2% accuracy to hydostatic weighing.)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education comes from my personal experience of being overweight and choosing boxing fitness. I had to learn how to repair my body in a natural way. I was given tools to use that helped me specifically. These tools I now teach. I wanted specific training, in boxing fitness. After crazy research, I found The Boxing Fitness Institute online and became a Certified Boxing Fitness Trainer.
