- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a competitive hourly rate for most services. Some services such as a new network design and deployment require a proposal to be drafted.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer we like to be as professional, efficient and effective as possible. Technology troubles aren't always convenient, we try to ease the burden by doing a great job while providing superior customer service. We patiently try to understand our customers needs to provide the best solution possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have found that by pursuing CompTIA certifications including A+, Network+, Security+ and Cisco's CCNA certification, we are the most prepared to help our clients. As education grows, we deem it necessary to grow with it; continuing education is strongly encouraged here at Technology Firm of Texas
